DTX creates products and services that make our employees world work, and Change Activation brings those to life. You will help DTX employees and partners feel connected as an organization, help drive transparency, alignment, and inspiration.What you get to do in this role:As a communications manager, you will work across the DTX ecosystem to drive communications and engagement-focused initiatives impacting DTX employees and partners.Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs.You will develop high quality content for a wide range of channels and audiences (executives, partners, and end users)Provide end-to-end management of complex project work focused on communications and engagement.Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:A self-driven team player who confidently connects dots to drive communications and manages multiple projects at once while maintaining a laser focus on priorities.A poised professional comfortable advising executive and building consensus while juggling multiple priorities and tight timelines without compromising quality A data-driven, creative problem solver who is passionate about elevating the employee experience and creating a culture of inquisitiveness and fact-based decision makingAn eager and consistent learner who is open to feedback and interested in continuous improvement; you thrive with change & ambiguity.A change agent who brings a consulting mindset to everything you do and how to improve the status quo.Non-negotiable skills:Consulting experience – bring that consultative mindset of improving E2E experience, connecting the dots, and meticulous drive.Strategic communications experience (can walk you through an example from beginning to end communications campaigns, scripts, messaging – sharing results one how they drove engagement)Be comfortable driving business stakeholder alignment and decision making that has downstream impacts on their communications delivery or presentations; taking initiative and have a strategic thinking mindsetStrong PPT presentation skills with experience developing executive level presentations and messaging (for SVP level); can drive messaging that helps visual designers tell the storyDemonstrated ability to work well with others in a service-oriented style with an eye toward elevating the experience of everything we deliver.Negotiable Skills:Experience in product, SAAS, and/or digital technology. space. Although, this skill set is negotiable it would be great if they had this so they understand the operating models.Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the US but working on CST would be idea to support teams in central/west regions.Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $44.22-58.95/hour W-2.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
