CareLink is a nonprofit agency that provides resources for older people and their families in central Arkansas. We are the Area Agency on Aging for central Arkansas. We need your support to serve a growing population of older people in central Arkansas. To earn that support, we want to help you get to know our organization.

Minimum QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with social media platforms.Strong attention to detail.Minimum of 1 years experience working with the public.Or, any combination of experience, education and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the functions of the positionCurrent Arkansas driver's licenses and auto liability insurance.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge of the various uses and software applications for word processing, spreadsheet and database programAbility to collect, compose and edit data for publicationAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writingAbility to interact effectively with donors, volunteers, and co-workersAbility to work independently on multiple complex and confidential tasks and produce results on a timely basisDuties and ResponsibilitiesCreates content for agency social media accounts.Assists with design of graphics and agency visuals.Assists with maintenance and updates of agency website.Contributes to the production of agency newsletters and other collateral including copywriting and photography.Assists with photo and video production, including creating visuals in-house and assisting with coordination of professional shoots.Participates with VP, Development in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic marketing and public relations plans.Assists with advertising design as needed.Participates in outreach events, including table set up and staffing.Assists with coordination and promotion of agency events.Assists with planning, ordering, and distribution of promotional items.Assists with the writing and distribution of public service announcements and media releases.Assists with in-house campaign creation, providing supporting materials, related reporting, and online giving functions.Supports agency fundraising events, including planning functions and post-event follow-up.Assists with donor stewardship through thank you letters, cards, calls, and a variety of other touchpoints.Performs duties as assigned to support various fundraising efforts.Assists with fundraising database by keeping records up to date, entering gifts, ensuring accuracy of constituent data Remains up-to-date on the latest database changes and innovations to ensure compliance but best use.Additional InformationHourly Rate: $12 per hour
