Minimum -
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Four (4) combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree
Preferred - Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred. Work Experience :
Minimum -
Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading a team of customer focused individuals. Demonstrated success making data-informed decisions to optimize processes. Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others.
Preferred -
Two (2) years of experience leading telecommunications/switchboard operations. Five (5) years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting. Experience supervising staff strongly preferred. Experience supporting mission critical/life safety systems in a 24x7 hospital setting is preferred. Licenses and Certifications :
