What you'll do as a Communications Assistant:
Work with a high-performing team to execute onsite fundraising events Analyze sales and provide regular campaign status updates to forecast projected growth accurately Actively identify and engage new potential donors on-site at events Oversee and maintain all onsite event logistics for our client Provide top tier customer service to maintain our clients brand image within the community Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities. Use your strategic leadership ability to inspire change, drive performance, and develop high-functioning sales professionals What we look for in a Communications Assistant:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, leadership, or a client-facing position An appetite for growth and development beyond the entry level Willing to readily ask questions about client purpose, services, or processes to ensure a clear understanding especially for entry level Communications Assistant training You can positively impact others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability You have a reputation for knowing what you want, being decisive, and working harder than anyone to achieve your goals
