Description
Let your career take flight as a Communication Specialist who will be responsible for marketing and communication at Acutec Precision Aerospace. This role is responsible for communications internal and external to the organization for community and employee engagement. Additionally, this role will assume responsibility for event planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop, design and implement communication and marketing tools in relation to Acutec's talent recruiting strategy.
· Works closely with the company's Recruiter on all aspects related to the recruitment and development of Acutec's workforce.
· Lead Acutec's branding initiatives in recruitment and community engagement.
· Suggest communication strategies with internal customers and the surrounding community.
· Oversee planning and implementation of company events for employees and throughout the community.
· Responsible for all internal and external communication.
· Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
· Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as selection of advertising media and promotions to be advertised.
· Analyze the effectiveness of marketing tactics or channels.
· Plan or direct development or communication of programs to maintain favorable public and internal perceptions of the organization.
· Post and update content on the company's Web site and social media outlets.
· Write press releases or other media communications to promote clients.
· Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the community.
· Prepare or edit organizational publications, such as employee newsletters, for internal or external audiences.
· Develop plans or materials to communicate organizational activities.
· Confer with production to produce or coordinate production of advertisements or promotions.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Manage and implement internal and external communications
· Maintain and analyze data regarding recruitment and marketing
· Spearhead community and employee engagement efforts

Education & Experience Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience, or a bachelor's in Communications and 2 years' experience in a related field, or 7 years' experience in a related field and or any similar combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Considerable knowledge of communication strategy, ability to do basic graphic design, advanced oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
