As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Payroll and Benefits Team in Mechanicsburg, PA (Corporate) plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by calculating commissions for our In-Home Sales Representatives and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time to employees.
As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by taking a default aggressive approach to supporting the commissions function every day.

What You'll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Calculate In-Home Sales Representative commissions.
· Make necessary deductions when errors have been made within the selling process.
· Elevate concerns that appear to be off process.
· Complete sales dispute forms timely, ensuring they are received within the required timeline.
· Review all open cases on jobs before submitting commissions to payroll.
· All other commission required duties, and other duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We'll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you'll bring:
· High attention to detail.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and VLOOKUP formulas.
· Experience with HRIS software preferred.
· The Commission Review Specialist needs to take ownership of all key role accountabilities and be willing to take a default aggressive approach to supporting the commissions function every day. The ability to provide great support to the Commission and Sales teams will be critical to success in the role. They will always seek to improve skills and get better every day by developing business knowledge around the commission and sales process. The Commission Review Specialist will need to be an exceptional teammate to the Commissions team as well as the entire organization to be successful in the role. Success in this role will be accomplished if the Commission Review Specialist is continually willing to provide exceptional support and continually striving to exceed what is expected.
