About the job We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential/Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. As a leading construction company in the industry we specialize in residential and commercial concrete projects delivering highquality results to our clients. Responsibilities: Analyze construction plans and specifications to accurately estimate project costs including materials labor and equipment. Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for various construction projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines. Conduct onsite visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements identify potential challenges and provide accurate cost estimates. Utilize our estimating software Plan Swift to generate accurate and comprehensive estimates. Research and analyze current market trends material costs and labor rates to ensure competitive and costeffective estimates. Collaborate with the procurement team to source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability. Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in residential and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and techniques. Proficiency in using industrystandard estimating software and tools. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Professional certification or a degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
