Commercial Superintendent

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join a Commercial Construction Company in OKC with projects in OKC and Sapulpa/Tulsa Area. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities Manage and coordinate construction activities on-site. Supervise and direct field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Experience with Procore or similar tools Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on-time and within budget. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Benefits - Salary up to 90K DOE and benefits!
