We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service operations for our company in a manner that meets customer service expectations, ensures quality and safety, and meets financial goals. As our Service Manager, you will oversee the scheduling and execution of service projects, monitor customer/vendor performance, and proactively address issues that may arise. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to team members to ensure all service goals are met.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all service operations, from scheduling and estimating to execution and post-job follow up Supervise customer service administrative staff. Maintain a work schedule for assigned territory. Collect all purchase orders from builder's representatives and follow up with accounting. Develop and implement processes that ensure quality and safety standards are met Train and motivate team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations Ensure all financial goals related to service operations are met Monitor customer and vendor performance and proactively address any issues Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications: Must have commercial roofing Service Department Management. Proven experience in sales and commercial roofing operations. Experience in residential roofing service a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
