What You Will Be Doing - Generate repair quotes and proposals
- Promote and drive customer adoption of Preventative Maintenance and Service plans
- Ensure the Service sales pipeline and workflow data are properly maintained
- Assist Account Managers with gathering customer information as needed
- Help to identify and define best practices for the Service sales role
