This Residential Roofing Superintendent Position Features:
• Great Pay to $90K
Grow Commercial sales division organically
? Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts
? Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts
? Train new sales/estimators as needed
? Contribute to overall sales goals
? Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
? Hold self accountable for sales goals
? Oversee project management of sales/estimators
? Execute company vision
? Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
? Support and abide by the values of the company
? Other duties as assigned
