We possess the personnel, abilities, and knowledge to manage your roofing and waterproofing requirements, regardless of the nature of your project-new building, roof replacement, repairs, or upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with contractors and customers to understand project scope and costs. Evaluate project plans and specifications. Conduct accurate quantity take offs for materials needed. Provide quotes on materials and labor costs. Develop and track project budgets. Review invoices and purchase orders. Maintain project documentation. Operate EDGE and other estimating software. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in estimating in the roofing and waterproofing industry. Experience with commercial roofing installations on Healthcare, Educational, Government, or Hospitality projects. Knowledge of OSHA 30, EDGE, and various estimating software. Proficiency in Roofing, Roof, New Construction, Re-Roofing, Painting, single ply, Coatings, and Metal Roofing Systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
