Position Overview:
As a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in investment sales or leasing, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate transactions in Northern New Jersey. You will leverage your expertise in the local market to assist clients in achieving their investment objectives or leasing needs.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and tenants.
Understand clients' investment goals or leasing requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment opportunities or leasing prospects in Northern New Jersey.
Analyze market trends, property values, and economic indicators to advise clients on potential investments or leasing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
Transaction Management:
Source and evaluate commercial properties suitable for investment or leasing based on client criteria.
Prepare and present investment proposals, financial analyses, and lease agreements to clients.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
Oversee the due diligence process, coordinate inspections, and facilitate the closing of transactions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Valid real estate license in New Jersey.
Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales or leasing, with a focus on investment properties.
In-depth knowledge of the Northern New Jersey commercial real estate market, including key submarkets, demographics, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical abilities and financial acumen.
