We encourage you to stepbeyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster yourprofessional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions. Apply now for the position ofCommercial PricingSpecialist.SHS Enterprise Services offers long term partnershipagreements with customers allowing us to implement long term (5, 7, 10+ years)strategic and operational goals through the entire Siemens Healthineersportfolio which can include Imaging Equipment and Services, Diagnostics,Education and Workforce, Digital Solutions, Consulting, etc., for both Siemensand Multi-Vendor install base.This role will be a finance business partner to the salesteam to develop exclusive finance solutions and pricing strategies along withrisk adverse reviews to initiate contract negotiations.Your Role: Developing finance solutions and pricingstrategy prior to the bid phase for our Value Partnerships.Considering financials, deal structuring,business forecasting, risk review to assist with bid proposals.Using financial modeling and commercial riskmanagement in analysis.Drive digitalization and business modelinitiatives.Review deals with non-standard terms to ensureviability of discounts & gross margins.Leading protection of company assets,application of control procedures, and financial planning and reporting withinstated guidelines and policies.Providing recommendations based on advanced rootcause and alternative solution analysis.Develop and present TCO models across, serviceand equipment for the entire Healthineers portfolio.Growing sales and financing programs forcustomer segments including financial analysis/deal modeling and dealstrategy/structure.Owning commercial/contract activities, pricing,margin calculations.Your Expertise: Engaging in a customer facing role with C-SuiteCustomers and SHS Senior executives and stakeholders.Striving to drive profitable growth and customerretention through the development of pricing, deal structuring, performanceshare solutions for the largest IDN accounts and Group Purchasing Organizations(GPO's).Understanding and staying abreast of currentValue Partnerships and Multi-Vendor Medical Imaging market conditions and thecompetitive landscape.Most contracts/bids require an understanding ofthe entire Healthcare business including all associated pricing models.Individual IDN deals, which are being negotiated with financial, customerfacing support from this position, carry an average of $5M to $30M in annualrevenue, which agreements under this position can determine revenues of up to$50M to $500M in a single negotiation.Collaborating with sales to assist withdevelopment strategic account planning across all Business Areas ofHealthineers. Strategic planning and development of proposals and the interplaybetween GPO, IDN, and IDN subnetworks is a key element in the scope of thisrole.Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition:BS/BA in related discipline or an advanceddegree may be substituted for experience.8-10+ years of successful experience in relatedfield and successful demonstration of responsibilities as presented above.Demonstrated extensive knowledge in field ofspecialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complexassignments preferred.Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge oforganization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problemresolution of those issues preferred.Experience in Long Term Value Partnershipsand/or Multi-Vendor market would be a plus.Ability to understand and communicate complexfinancial concepts including rate of return, depreciation, working capital,investments, and financial and expense performance comparisons.
