Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to help our clients manage their specific business and operational risks. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, determining client needs, negotiating contracts, and providing value-added services.
Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for providing services and solutions to our clients for their commercial lines insurance needs. He/she will handle the full cycle of service and support for clients, from the initial onboarding process all the way through to policy renewal. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities to meet their needs and objectives Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients Review insurance policies to ensure coverage is adequate for client needs Conduct market research and analysis for product lines Provide consultative services to clients to help them understand their coverage and develop strategies to reduce risk Maintain account records and ensure accuracy of information Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field 3+ years of experience in account management in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry Property & Casualty license required Familiarity with specialties in Construction, CISR, Retail, Manufacturing, Property Management, and Trade Business Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services Benefits Salary: $50k - $70k Medical benefits  Paid Time Off (PTO) Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Holidays  Paid Sick Time  Bonus Eligible Role is Hybrid in Wichita  Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
