JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager Onsight/Hybrid A local agency needs an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager . Must have a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed and a 'can do' attitude. This is a fun company to work for, flexible time and a great compensation package.
Duties will include: Accurately input policy updates and account information. Communicate with client, producer, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information. Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals. Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals. Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives. Qualifications: Property & Casualty Insurance license required. Minimum 2 years independent agency or retail broker experience. Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating, previous personal lines experience to be considered. Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwriters. Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems. Applied TAM, EPIC or AMS360 software experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
