Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction. Handle all aspects of account servicing including preparing applications for new and renewal business, marketing, claims assistance, and invoicing. Ensure all service items, such as policy changes and certificates of insurance, comply with underwriting guidelines and authority. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, producers, and company personnel, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Perform accurate data entry and manage client information in our agency management system. Engage in continuous learning and professional development through seminars and classes. Support the Commercial Lines Manager and team with additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Mandatory possession of a 2-20 license. 1-5 years of experience in an agency or industry-related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard industry software. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Self-motivated with a keen ability to work independently and as part of a team.
