Commercial Lines Account Manager

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join our vibrant team. Major Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a varied book of commercial businesses, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Prepare applications, process renewals, and market new business opportunities. Provide claims assistance and ensure accurate and timely processing of all account-related documents. Review compliance of all service items with underwriting guidelines and authority. Handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries. Engage in professional development through seminars and classes to enhance skills and industry knowledge. Execute data entry and manage client information within our systems with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Support the Division Manager and team with other duties as needed. Qualifications: Required: 2-20 license. 3+ years of relevant experience in an agency or similar industry setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard industry software.
