Piedmont Service Group is hiring a Commercial Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic.Full-time, year-round work with competitive compensation and benefits.Install HVAC systems to company standards and supervise install crew.

Responsibilities
• Install heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.• Read and understand construction drawings and mechanical codes.• Properly install and repair sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods.• Lead the install crew and supervise job performance.• Take field measurements of ductwork based on drawings and field conditions.
Requirements
• Pass drug and background screens.• Have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.• Possess at least 3 years of commercial sheet metal install experience.• Proficient in HVAC design, installation of ductwork systems, and troubleshooting.• Knowledgeable in all commercial codes.• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and testing devices.• General knowledge in electrical systems and ability to read wiring diagrams.• Ability to train and supervise others.• Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, and use ladders.
