Requirements Conduct client onboarding call and services. Insurance requirements: contract reviews and vendor certificate reviews. Process audits, claims, and recommendations for assigned clients. Process mid-term policy changes that require coverage knowledge such as officer changes, property/location changes, exposure adjustments, etc. Advise on agency bill/financed policy questions and midterm changes. Process LPR requests and policy cancellations. Process automatic policy renewals. Set policy reminder activities. Client relationship management.
Qualifications :
Active CA Property and Casualty License Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word and Excel Knowledge of EPIC (or a Similar Agency Management System) Strong Communication Skills Benefits 100% Remote Work
