COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL SALES MANAGER Location Remote in United States : Swift Response LLC, the creators of the Flex Seal Family of Products, is seeking a Commercial Industrial Sales Manager to expand its business with the market sector. This role will lead the company's expansion and drive the overall growth strategy in the MRO and commercial/industrial space. This position reports to the Director of Retail Business Development. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide the commercial strategy to ensure growth in the relevant MRO and commercial/industrial channels, creating a strong pipeline of opportunities to support this growth. Build a comprehensive new growth opportunity pipeline and drive growth initiatives (new accounts, new customers) based on market trends and data analysis in the MRO and commercial/ industrial channels. Develop substantial stocking programs with distributors and customer accounts while maximizing other sales opportunities. Drive analysis on market development and a 5-year strategic road map. Set objectives for sales results and market development activities. Generate monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and goal tracker. Work with customer leadership and field staff to implement strategies to meet sales objectives. Become a product and brand expert to train and support distributors sales teams. Develop and manage commercial/industrial channel pricing structure and program details. Gain deep knowledge of Industrial markets, and customer and competitor dynamics to inform and guide our strategic direction. Engage in lead development activities such as trade shows, networking, and research. To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Have a wealth of experience in managing and developing sales in the Commercial Industrial or MRO domain (any commercial experience with chemicals, sealants, tapes or adhesives is ideal). Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others, generate excitement, and exceed business goals. Be a highly motivated and energetic leader with strong organizational skills. Be financially & commercially astute - a good understanding of contracts (including terms e.g. commercial trades, logistics, and pricing), business financials, and reporting. Be a natural, proactive communicator with proven negotiation skills. Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems through good analytical skills. Be a results-orientated, self-driven individual with passion, enthusiasm and energy and the ability to influence with and without authority in a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment. Show the ability to be a team player and work collaboratively. This position can be based out of our Sunrise, FL HQ or through a remote location.
