YOUR ROLE Our Commercial HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading all stages of our installation projects. From making plans and creating schedules to developing budgets and maintaining project documentation, you set us up for success. You visit job sites, oversee project execution, and adjust strategies as needed to get the work done on time and within budget.
Looking ahead, you strive to identify and remove any potential roadblocks along the way. You maintain open communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to make sure everyone's on the same page. Your attention to detail and strong project management skills make you a critical part of our success!
ARE YOU THE COMMERCIAL HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER WE NEED? Here are the minimum qualifications for this project management position:
2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and project management Proficiency with reading and interpreting diagrams, specifications, and technical drawings Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and regulations Proficiency with computers, project management software, and Microsoft Office Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field would be preferred. 5+ years of experience would be a bonus.
