About the Role: A day in the life: Our Commercial Exterior painting Laborer will have a keen eye for detail and be interested in traveling. As a Commercial Exterior Painting Laborer, you will be responsible for executing painting projects on commercial buildings across various locations. As part of a team, you will travel to various job sites to provide top-notch painting services, such as preparing and painting exterior foundations in accordance with the customer's scope of work within predetermined deadlines.
On a given day, as a Commercial Exterior Painting Laborer, you will:
Be willing to travel 10–14 days out of state and overnight to perform exterior painting tasks according to project specifications. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Learn specialized skills as required by the foreman and follow instructions to ensure the safety of the entire team. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes. Prepare the pumps and materials, as well as test equipment and machinery, to ensure they are in working order.  Complete caulking and other masonry repairs as needed.  Operate aerial lifts to complete elevated work. Adhere to company work safety policies.  Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned. Schedule & Travel: This is a full-time traveling position that will be on the road 95% of the time. This position travels typically 10–14 days at a time. The company covers all travel expenses, lodging, and food after the first meal while traveling.

The qualified candidate we seek is a Commercial Painting Laborer with these QUALIFICATIONS: A current and valid driver's license with auto insurance and a willingness to travel extensively. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. 1-2 years of experience as a commercial painter, with a focus on exterior painting projects. Or a relevant experience is preferred.  Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
