• Managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish.• Building client relationships and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.• Practical experience in project management.• Excellent people skills.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish.• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.• Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
