Commercial Construction Pm

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of industrial and commercial construction projects from the planning stages through to completion. This includes pre-engineered construction, ground-up construction, and office TI.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis and planning for projects, including time, cost, and resource management. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Lead and manage project teams to ensure that project objectives are met. Coordinate all project activities, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Monitor project progress and adjust plans according to changing needs and conditions. Ensure that project safety standards are met and that safety protocols are followed. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial and/or commercial construction project management. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software. Knowledge of industry and safety standards and regulations.
