Responsibilities
• Create proposals for both simple and complex Request for Proposal offerings• Review and comment on all phases of construction documents• Receive and evaluate quotes for applicable scopes• Ability to provide pricing based on conceptual plans• Qualify vendor proposals• Work with consultants to develop specifications• Collaborate with Pre-Construction team to fulfill project goals• Draft/Negotiate written Scopes of Work for Subcontractors and Material Suppliers• Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements
• Commercial, Industrial, or Multifamily experience• Knowledge of building codes• Strong technical expertise in all aspects of building construction• High level of attention to detail and cost analysis• Proficient use of computer and estimating software• Knowledge about means, methods, and materials used in Commercial construction• Exceptional knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to manage multiple projects• Great culture fit, be able to clearly communicate
