Job Title: Commercial Attorney
I am partnered with a distinguished and well established Texas law firm that has multiple law offices, and is renowned for its expertise in various commercial areas of the law. This reputable firm is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Attorney to join their dynamic team. The Attorney will counsel business owners, executives and healthcare professionals, investors and shareholders through disputes, investigations, transactions and business formations. The ideal candidate will have 5+years of commercial litigation experience.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Attorney:
* Drafting pleadings
* Preparing discovery, briefs, and research
* Making court appearances for hearings and trials
* Participating in administrative hearings
* Attending depositions
* Conducting mediations
Required Experience:
* Proven track record of success in commercial litigation
* At least 5 years of civil litigation experience
* Practicing in both State and Federal courts
* Licensed to practice law in TX
