Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts and ensuring that all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. This role is fully remote! Position Overview: The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing outstanding and proactive customer service to clients, as well as managing day-to-day operations of commercial accounts. The primary goal is to strengthen relationships, promote client retention, and ensure that all transactions are completed timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain commercial accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outreach, follow-up, and service requests. Review and process requests, policies, and documents for accuracy and compliance. Advise clients on coverage options, risk management strategies, and insurance policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or other software. Maintain current knowledge of insurance market trends, products, and services. Collaborate with team and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred 3+ years of Commercial insurance experience, preferably in an Account Manager role. Must have an active P&C license in good standing Experience with AMS360, commercial lines, and/or commercial property and casualty. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to the job. Benefits Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (DOE)
