MRI  of University Circle has partnered with a leading high-speed continuous feed inkjet equipment manufacturer that is expanding their footprint across the United States.  We are seeking a Color Specialist / Applications Specialist in the greater Chicago area. This role will provide telephone, e-mail, on-site technical support and training to end-users, OEM-partners, subsidiaries, and dealers/third parties using our clients software products.
Requirements: Experience working with software for high-end printing equipment (i.e., high speed continuous feed inkjet, label inkjet, wide format inkjet, grand format inkjet, digital press, etc.) Experience providing excellent customer service while under pressure Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to travel away from home at least 50% of the time Management Recruiters of University Circle offers the highest quality in recruiting services in the Graphic Arts, Printing and Pre-Press Industries.
