This position provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Information Management methodologies and apply the knowledge through hands on administrative tasks. 
What You'll Do • Perform records audits.
• Metadata cleanup.
• Scan and index documents into the document management system.
• Perform as a key operator on small and large format scanners and plotters.
• Utilize small document scanners and software to populate document management system and process documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Employee must work safely and efficiently in the performance of their job duties. Must maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customers and the public.
• Must have the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and have the ability to accurately and legibly complete applicable paperwork.

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Additional Information To be eligible for the SRP Intern Program, students must be enrolled in a minimum of six college credits in the Fall and Spring semesters. The schedule for this position is 20 - 30 hours per week during school, 7:00 - 4:00 are the hours to work between, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer. 
Education College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Hybrid Workplace SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
