Job Summary: The Business Officer position oversees all business operations for Office of Faculty Advancement and CELT (Center for the Enhancement of Learning & Teaching) including but not limited to budget preparation and management, reconciliation, payroll and human resources functions, graduate student liaison with the Graduate School, travel reimbursements, and work orders. This position reports to the Associate Provost for Faculty Advancement and provides accurate and timely reporting of account balances and budget spent year-to-date.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: Technical skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and SAP .
Experience processing payroll and budgeting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and use discretion with confidential information.
Must have exceptional organization and interpersonal communication skills.

Required Related Experience: 1 yr
Required License/Registration/Certification : None
Preferred Education/Experience: Master's degree or work years equivalent, SAP -BW Reporting, Tableau reporting, financial processing, and human resources experience are all preferred.
