Responsibilities
• Assist the Collections Manager with developing team goals and action plans.• Maintain and establish departmental policies and procedures, objectives, patient, and customer service policies.• Handle difficult patient and third party follow-up problems.• Monitor pool inventories to ensure accounts are being worked and resolved timely.• Review and take action on high dollar accounts as directed.• Assist team members with questions, concerns, and complaints from insurance companies, patients, and other personnel.• Perform quality reviews as required by Parallon/SSC policy.• Work as a liaison between team members and SSC staff.• Assist with training of new team members.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.• At least 1 year of related experience required.
