This is a fully trainable position; no prior experience needed! Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $18.20 an hour ($19.20 if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! Multi-task across different technical platforms within a fast-paced call center environment. Manage day-to-day office operations. Make outbound calls to customers/debtor informing of claim filed against them. Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients. Maintain office policies and procedures.
