Position Overview: As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims processes, handling heavy outbound calling, and conducting B2B collections. This role requires strong customer service skills as you will have extensive interaction with our valued customers. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, Word, accounting principles, and cash application processes is essential. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with the option to work remotely after the initial 30-day training period at our Mount Laurel office.

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Tuesday and Wednesday in-office, remainder of the week remote)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct heavy outbound calling for claims management and B2B collections.
Utilize leasing experience to facilitate claims processes.
Maintain regular communication and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
Apply accounting principles and cash application experience to claim resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing.
Qualifications: Previous experience in B2B collections and claims management preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be available to work in the Mount Laurel, NJ office for the first 30 days for training purposes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules based on business needs.
