• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively• Drug Screening required• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience preferred• Two (2) years of Collection Experience preferred• Mathematical and Analytical Skills• Negotiation Skills
