• Use collection software to improve receivable delinquency• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues• Contact customers regarding past due receivables• Monitor customer compliance with approved credit lines• Promote and sell payment options to customers
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, BS/BA preferred• 1-3 years' experience in collections or customer service• Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships• Ability to prioritize work and achieve collection metrics• PC literacy and basic Microsoft Office skills
