Coordinate and schedule interviewsManage interview logistics, including booking rooms, arranging video or phone interviews, etc.Communicate necessary information to all partiesCo-op Program Events & Communication
Research, plan and execute co-op eventsAssist with managing the budget across each fiscal yearLead communications for co-op related itemsAssist with co-op orientationsTravel Arrangements
Arrange travel accommodations for candidates, including flights, hotels, transportation, etc.Provide detailed itineraries and travel instructionsCoordinate reimbursement processes for candidate travel expenses with the finance departmentCross-Training Initiatives
Develop and implement cross-training programs for Recruiter CoordinatorsCreate and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recruiting coordination tasksMentor and guide junior Recruiter Coordinators, sharing best practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment coordination processCollaborate with team members to assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose and implement solutionsCollaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team membersCommunicate effectively with external vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholdersExceptional Customer Experience
