Your Key Responsibilities Main project(s) will focus on organizing, preparing, and executing pre-scheduled leadership events.Support with any global talent management initiatives through the year such as Career Day, Mentoring, Coaching and Feedback Tools. Internal communications and promotion, including follow-up with participants, maintaining Teams channels, event set up and breakdownCoordinating in-person and virtual trainings (on site) Creating communications for department initiatives Administrative tasks such as reporting, presentation creation and data tracking. Your Qualifications Minimum:
Pursuing a Bachelor/master's degree in business or related science (should be still in school)Must have good Computer skills and knowledge. (Especially Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve resultsAssertive approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritizeExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
