Co-Branded Front Desk/Sales Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, full-time Mon-Fri Front Desk/Sales Assistant for our Rock Hill location! This location and position is Signature Kitchen & Bath co-branded with California Closets.The ideal applicant will have a flair for design, be eager to learn our products/processes, and have customer service experience.Primary responsibilities will include:Answer & direct incoming phone callsGreet visitors and assist accordinglyManage appointment calendar and convert incoming leads for our designersAssist Designers with change orders and quotingMultitasking and prioritizingGeneral showroom maintenanceIn many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients. The ideal candidate must:Be punctual and reliablePresent themselves in a professional mannerPossess exceptional phone etiquette and communication skillsBe extremely well organized and pay attention to detailHave working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM systemWe are family owned, locally operated, and looking to expand our team!
