Join Our Team as a CNC Programmer!
Are you passionate about precision and innovation in sheet metal fabrication? We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to program various computer-automated machines, including plasma tables, turret punches, and panel benders, to create high-quality sheet metal parts. Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams, utilize cutting-edge 3D CAD software, and contribute to the production of parts that meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program and operate diverse CNC machines for sheet metal fabrication.
* Interpret technical drawings to develop efficient machine cutting paths and bending programs.
* Collaborate with Quality Control to review and optimize fabrication quality.
* Evaluate new parts for manufacturability and provide practical recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in CNC programming for turret punches.
* Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Prima Power Shear Brilliance or EBe Express Bender machines.
* Familiarity with SigmaNest, NC Express, or MasterBend CAM programming software.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
* Experience in panel bender programming and sheet metal fabrication.
* Understanding of BOMs (Bill of Materials).
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
