Summary: Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and multi-axis CNC machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts to customer specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Change out and set up tools Operate multi-axis machines Dimensionally check parts (up to CMM) Read programs and make minor speeds and feeds program changes Verify tool lengths and cutter run outs Trouble shoot jobs Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts Accept and adapt easily to change Ensures that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement Operates job-related equipment with or without an accommodation Meets physical demands of job with or without an accommodation Other duties as assigned Requirements: **
