Cnc Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator Pay: $15-17/hour
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm must train on 1st shift 6am-2:30pm
Job Description:
This position is for the production of a range of bearings and cast materials. You will be assisting with the set up and operation of CNC machinery. The associate will load and unload raw materials into the machines. Must be able to read blueprints and gauges (calipers and micrometers). Previous machine operator experience is preferred. Duties: Performs all assigned machine shop operations Reviews set up sheets and specifications to determine program sequence, sets up operation and dimensions of finished work piece. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee Follows tag system, quality procedures and completes all relevant in-process inspection forms Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed Performs inspection of machined products, and documents results Perform general maintenance on machine such as changing coolant, oils and other lubricants Performs other related duties as assigned.
