Cnc Lathe Setup Operator

CNC Lathe Setup Operator Direct Hire $22 to $24 per hour Madison Heights, MI Days Shift 6AM to 2:30PM Overtime as Needed Job Overview: Setup and operate Mazak, Doosan, Hyundai and/or Okuma CNC Lathes. Perform setups, tool changes and adjustments per machine specs. Make 1st piece inspections to prints. Adjust speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts to prints. Experience with HMI's and performing program edits at the machine helpful. Required Skills to be considered: 3 years of CNC Lathe setup and operation Ability to program in G and M codes if necessary. Ability to read prints. Ability to read Mics and Calipers Ability to change fixtures and tooling.
