Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA ) at our facility, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients or residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the daily activities and needs of individuals under your care, promoting their comfort, well-being, and safety. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Helping patients with mobility and transferring from beds to chairs or other equipment.
3. Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
4. Assisting with feeding and ensuring patients' nutritional needs are met.
5. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
7. Reporting any changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff promptly.
8. Assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses.
9. Communicating with patients and their families in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Salary and Benefits: Starting wage of $18 per hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience.
