Position Title:

CMM Inspector III (B shift)

Position Description:

Protingent has a contract opportunity for a CMM Inspector with our client in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities:

Setup, program and operate CMM using design data to inspect make and buy components.
Perform first article inspections and document per AS9102.
Perform in-process, and final inspections.
Document, track, and complete discrepancy reports.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on machines and document.
Maintain configuration control on files and job records.

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
Superior blueprint reading skills including GD&T principles.
Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work.
Experience inspecting tight tolerance, high value components.
Familiar with the use of personal computers.

Pay Range: Varies on Shift
