Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC and DC drive systems• Troubleshoot and maintain DCS systems• Maintain and troubleshoot various motor controls• Install and troubleshoot instruments and analytical equipment• Repair final control elements such as valves• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components• Program and maintain PLC systems• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics• Follow safety regulations and communicate with operators• Perform repairs and maintenance during outages
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or equivalent• Five or more years of industrial E&I maintenance experience• Previous multi-skilled E&I maintenance experience• Must have high standards in safety, quality, and ethics• Skilled in the maintenance and troubleshooting of E&I equipment• Knowledge of PLCs, AC & DC drives, instrumentation, and DCS• Preferably have an Associate Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical• Relevant work experience in an industrial environment• Strong math and physics understanding
