Fort Apache Road #115. *Please remember to bring a copy of your resume.POSITION: The purpose of the Front Desk is to assist members with customer service, close sales, and communicate via all platforms.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayHearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephoneMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleaguesMust have excellent public speaking skillsMust have proficient computer skillsWeekend availability required, ability to work in Henderson/ Green Valley , Henderson StudioRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wantsMaintain an acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize of the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsAssist in maintaining studio cleanlinessOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS:Hourly pay plus commission on sales for new memberships and retailOpportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions with additional opportunities in franchised locations across the USNote: this is a part-time position for one of our 7 local studios Centennial Hills, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Henderson, Green Valley, Mountains Edge, AlianteGroup reformer classes may be accessible to employees when available.
