This Retail Manager position is unique in our retail locationsOverseeing and driving the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB credit programSupporting the entire team during Manager on Duty shifts

Responsibilities
• Exemplifying outstanding CLUB Customer Service Experience standards• Promoting current CLUB cost savings programs to customers• Addressing customer questions and concerns about the CLUB program• Improving the CLUB customer experience• Collaborating with internal and external partners for successful events• Building strong and collaborative relationships with the GM and outfitters• Motivating and inspiring outfitters with tools and training for success• Facilitating CLUB 101 training for new Outfitters• Creating store level CLUB recognition and engagement initiatives• Designing and executing strategies to meet key CLUB metrics• Executing Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB programs• Leading the CLUB instant issuance process
Requirements
• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent• 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience• Ability to calculate figures and interpret financial and technical information• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory systems• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships• Ability to develop objectives and policies within established goals and plans
