Responsibilities
• Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure• Respond to and resolve customer issues• Collaborate with various engineering teams• Engage in application monitoring• Continuously monitor supporting application infrastructure• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation• Support user consumption of applications in the cloud• Identify and address application performance or availability issues• Report on scalability and performance issues
Requirements
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Experience in providing customer-focused technical support• Knowledge of Linux distributions• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and continuous integration tools• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities• Experience administering production RedHat OpenShift clusters• Strong understanding of cloud APIs and interaction with the AWS/CLI• Experience with virtualization technologies• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline• 10+ years IT experience• TS/SCI + CI polygraph• Desired Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, RedHat Certified OpenShift Administrator
