The role requires significant interaction with many different teams across a global company. Ability to support business requirements and provide appropriate solutions using technology. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience Experience in the financial services industry with proven regulatory and compliance discipline. Experience in VM provisioning, Dynamic and Static routing, Configuring Microsoft Internal / External Load Balancers, PowerShell scripting Experience in Configuring Vnets, Subnets, Configuring Azure Active Directory Sync, Configuring Network Security Groups (NGS), Access Control Lists (ACL), Experience with large, enterprise core platforms and providers, mobile and digital platforms, and system integration technologies. Experience with active directory and azure active directory, ztad, integration with MFA, Okta, cyberark, sailpoint Broad experience in, but not limited to, cloud and on-prem hybrid solutions, O365, exchange and conditional access. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, deliver innovation, and drive improved customer and employee experience. Excellent analytical and business consulting skills with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program execution, and development of strong risk management practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences and senior management. Proven ability to build strong, cohesive, partnerships with business, operations, and technology leadership and work effectively in a matrix organization Demonstrated leadership; proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions, including both software engineering and support.
